WHERE WE STARTED
​The Zumbehl family has been a part of the agriculture industry for many years. Our ancestors were involved in the various aspects of the industry, including raising hogs and cattle, as well as row crops for several generations. Howard and Nancy Zumbehl moved to New Bloomfield in the 70s to grow their livestock operation. Many things have changed since then, but one thing remains the same, we are committed to bringing the best of our family’s farm to your family’s table.

Currently, Twisted Z Cattle Co still operates on the same farm in New Bloomfield where we raise Red Angus and Hereford cattle. We are devoted to raising cattle humanely and naturally. To us, natural is doing what is right for our cattle and our land. This has been an integral component of our operation since the beginning. We are committed to following humane handling practices for our cattle every step of the way, from birthing to processing. We do this to ensure the best quality beef for your family. We strive to provide the best possible care for our animals to deliver the best tasting pasture-raised, corn-finished, natural Missouri beef for you and your family.
